- 1 cup chopped broccoli
Rice
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Rice: Prepare jasmine rice according to the package instructions until fluffy and set aside to keep warm.
- Make Bang Bang Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside for later use.
- Cook Ground Turkey: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Season the Turkey: Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the cooked turkey, stirring to combine and distribute seasoning evenly.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet with the turkey. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender-crisp, approximately 4-5 minutes.
- Add Bang Bang Sauce: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in half of the prepared bang bang sauce to the turkey and vegetable mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Assemble Bowls: Divide the cooked jasmine rice evenly into four bowls. Top with the turkey and vegetable mixture, then drizzle the remaining bang bang sauce over each serving for extra flavor.
Notes
- For a lower fat option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
- Feel free to swap ground turkey for chicken or tofu for variation.
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to change the spice level to your preference.
- Use any type of rice you like; brown or cauliflower rice works well for a healthier alternative.
- Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be reheated in a skillet or microwave.
