Instructions
- Combine Base Ingredients: Whisk together the half & half, heavy cream, and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan until well mixed.
- Add Flavor Additions and Heat: Add all flavor components except for the extracts to the saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat until it begins to steam, the sugar dissolves fully, and the creamer appears smooth and well combined.
- Incorporate Extracts: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in all the extracts thoroughly to distribute the flavors evenly.
- Cool and Store: Allow the creamer to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a mason jar or a container with a lid. Store the creamer in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and shake well before each use.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute half & half and heavy cream with coconut milk or almond milk creamers.
- For a sugar-free version, replace granulated sugar with a sugar substitute such as erythritol or stevia according to package instructions.
- Shake the creamer well before each use, as natural separation may occur during storage.
- The creamer will keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- Adjust the amount of extracts and spices to suit personal taste preferences.
