Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the cut Persian cucumbers, sliced mini sweet bell peppers, carrot ribbons or pieces, and thinly sliced shallot. Ensure all vegetables are chopped evenly for a balanced texture and color in every bite.
